Food for Thought

Imaginary Person: So what did you do today?

Me: I went for lunch at the East Brighton Community Mental Health Centre.

Imaginary Person: You went to a hospital canteen for lunch?

Me: Yes.

Imaginary Person: A mental health hospital?

Me: Yes.

Imaginary Person: So, how was it?

Me: Fantastic, and very cheap (£2.25 for my main course). It was really, really nice and well worth a visit.

Imaginary Person: That's at Brighton General, isn't it? That boding, grey building on the hill?

Me: Yes. It used to be a workhouse you know...

Imaginary Person: I know.
